Record Your Poem for Poetry Month with WNYC and QUEENSBOUND

Join producers from WNYC’s Morning Edition, Queens Public Library, and the collaborative poetry project QUEENSBOUND at a special free event at the Jackson Heights branch.

QUEENSBOUND Ed Board Members Pichchenda Bao, Jared Harél, Abeer Hoque, Sherese Francis, and KC Trommer will share their own work and the work of other QUEENSBOUND contributors, and discuss how audience members can engage with WNYC’s poetry month events. The reading will be followed by a workshop at 3pm, and WNYC will be on site to record your poems on this year’s theme: “”good neighbors.””

Join us this Sunday, March 29th, from 2-4pm. The event is free but registration is required. Sign up at https://forms.gle/yW33tKBvqGk8vaTc9.
